We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purpose set out in this privacy notice. When we are no longer a legitimate business  or need to process your data anymore we will either delete or anonymise such information. 
Data from Minors: we do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. We strongly recommend a parent discussing with Hannah Rose if Data is required to be keep for a child. If we find we have been submitted personal information from Minors (under 18s) we will deactivate and take responsible measures to removed such data from our records.

How do you get my consent: When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your purchases, place an order, fill out a consultation form, use the "contact us form' or arrange for a delivery or return of a purchase, we imply that you consent to us using your data to complete the task required. 
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Hannah Rose (site owner) via email (details found in Contact us footer). You can however unsubscribe to marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribed link in the emails that we send out. You will then be removed from the marketing campaigns mailing list.

We work under UK law as only provide services to UK addresses and residents. If we find we have been submitted personal date from a Non-UK resident we will deactivate and take responsible measures to removed such data from our records.
